60-minute fire-rated partitions are commonly used in logistics facilities, multi-use buildings, and between offices and production areas. These partitions provide both fire integrity and enhanced acoustic performance, making them ideal where noise reduction and compliance go hand-in-hand.
90-Minute Fire-Rated Partitions
90-minute fire-rated partitions are designed for higher-risk areas where additional fire protection is required — such as storage facilities, high-value stock areas, and critical escape routes. They provide excellent acoustic ratings and are coordinated with M&E services to ensure performance is not compromised.
120-Minute Fire-Rated Partitions
Where two hours of fire protection is specified, we install robust, high-performance partitions capable of achieving up to 120 minutes fire resistance. These systems are often required in data centres, industrial facilities, and between fire compartments in high-bay structures.
